Biography
Tahlia is the Head of Risk at Equip, focused on transforming risk across the business and enabling intelligent risk decision making.
She started her career at the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA) in frontline supervision of Superannuation Trustees, before deciding to jump the fence to manage risk in-house.
Tahlia holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) (Hons) and researched how the under 30s make superannuation decisions for her honours dissertation. She is a passionate risk professional and loves all things risk from culture to cyber-security to strategy.
