Sonia Dua

Sonia is the Global Operating Leader for Genpact. She has overall 20+ years of experience and has been with Genpact for over 14 years in various roles from Operations to Training  across multiple Geographies and verticals in Insurance. She is Six Sigma Quality Green Belt certified and has extensive experience in Project Management, BPO set up & engagements, in addition  to setting up transitions, L&D & KT practices for many client relationships across multiple verticals. She is also certified on Human Performance Intervention from ASTD.
