Over my many years in the IT industry I have had the opportunity to work hands-on in a variety of roles covering infrastructure, security, software development and management. It’s over these years, like many others, I have seen how IT solutions have evolved and advanced.
Today, immediate access to data, the ability to transact no matter your location and staying connected in a busy world is what most of us, if not all, have come to expect. It’s this that drives my current passion for digital, enabling people through sophisticated, innovative, user centric software solutions.
Many digital teams don’t innovate but rather replicate other leading solutions or patterns. I thrive in driving my teams beyond this, so they see past the standard approaches and noise, to a point where they surprise themselves with what solutions they are capable of defining.
