Biography
As Lead of the ANZ Plus program of work at ANZ, Peter Dalton oversees a 900+ strong team of design, business value, data, engineering and operations talent tasked with building and rapidly iterating a new, and substantially better bank for ANZ’s Australian customers.
Having spent over two decades at ANZ, Peter has a deep understanding of the intersection between banking and technology and is relentless in his pursuit of a simplified and improved customer experience.
Peter has held several key roles at ANZ, including Customer Experience Lead, Group General Manager Innovation and ANZ Group Chief Information Officer. Peter has an engineering background and prior to joining ANZ, was a Senior Software Engineer.
