Neil Rodgers is the Digital Solutions Director at Helia. His career is marked by diverse experiences, and he seeks challenging roles where he can add value and change mindsets. Neil enjoys enabling teams to achieve “impossible goals” and seeks opportunities that realize strategies, whether organization-wide or in technology. He is adept at handling ambiguity and developing roadmaps by working closely with stakeholders, advocating for a “fail fast” and “no surprise” culture. Neil is a strong believer in agile methodologies and is qualified in SAFe, DSDM, Scrum, and Scrum @ Scale. He has previously worked for iCare, AMP, and PM Partners.
