Nathan is a Senior Product Manager in Kiwibank’s Digital & Technology division. He has been with the bank for 3 years, having joined to lead their enterprise wide ServiceNow implemention across the organisation. Nathan is now responsible for Digital Operations product management, his portfolio primarily comprises of the technologies used by their middle-office teams. Nathan has over 10 years of experience in delivering business outcomes through digital transformation. He has developed a deep understanding of how technology can support the employee experience (EX), and how to embed continuous improvement and delivery approaches. Nathan has a consulting background, having being part of numerous ServiceNow implementations throughout Asia Pacific, and has also worked in FinTech giving him exposure to many financial services organisations.
