Elizabeth is the Chief Executive Officer and NSW Information Commissioner. She has occupied a number of significant executive leadership roles in the NSW public sector and has led the development and delivery of major regulatory reforms including in the liquor and gaming industries and consumer law. Elizabeth is an experienced independent decision maker having occupied a number of statutory appointments including NSW Information Commissioner and Deputy President of the Workers Compensation Commission. She brings a deep understanding of integrity and governance issues from board and executive perspective across legal, public, NFP and commercial sectors. Elizabeth has published a number of reports and articles to elevate industry performance and public sector integrity. She possesses a Bachelor and Master of Laws together with governance and management qualifications.
