Liz Moore is an analytics, data and insights professional who specialises in the use of data to drive business outcomes and customer/audience experience. In 2021 she joined the ABC as Head of Audience Insights and Data – where she leads a team of amazing data and insights professionals who support the Corporation make audience centric data driven decisions.
She is passionate about building teams of super smart, highly engaged people who effectively and efficiently combine disparate data sources to deliver insights, to drive tangible business outcomes. Prior to joining the ABC she worked for Telstra and CommBank in a variety of senior analytics and insights roles including running the functions of customer & product analytics, market research, competitive intelligence, marketing technology and platforms and established an enterprise wide reporting capability in Telstra’s Bangalore offices.
Liz was named #5 in the Institute of Analytic Professionals of Australia’s Top 25 of Analytics Leaders of 2023. She is a past President of the Research Society and sits on the Business Advisory Board of Deakin University Faculty of Business. Liz spent her early career in economics and marketing in the agribusiness industry in Australia, New York and London. Outside of work her passions are her family, choral singing, skiing and travel.
