Biography
David Colwell has been in the testing industry for nearly 13 years. He started out as a data entry grunt, where he rapidly got sick of the repetitive work and discovered a test automation tool, which he used to automate his daily job.
He was subsequently given notice, but the test manager took him under his wing and taught him everything there is to know about testing and test automation. This experience prepared him to become Automation Mentor for One Patch. Since then, he has worked as technical test lead and head of QA at DX Solutions, a second-time BRW Fast 100 company, as well as in a variety of technical roles at Tricentis, where he now heads up the AI innovation department.
