Daryn is the General Manager Technology Security and Governance at the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). In this role Daryn reports to the Chief Information Officer, Chief Operating Officer and the Board Audit and Risk Committee and has responsibility for the Cyber Security, Technology and Operations Risk Management, Technology and Operations Vendor Management and Knowledge Management teams. The Cyber security function encompasses the Security Operations, Identity and Access Management, Architecture and Security Project Delivery teams. Prior to this Daryn led the Internal Audit function at the ASX and was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) focusing in Financial Services and specialising in Information Technology Audit, Internal Audit, Implementation Test Management and Project Management.
