Christian Erickson is a recognised industry leader in the Financial Services sector, having spent over 20 years working across Banking, Insurance, Wealth and Asset Management. In his current role, Christian is responsible for Cognizant Australia and New Zealand’s BFSI business (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance), working with a significant client portfolio to drive digital transformation and business optimisation initiatives.
During his career, Christian has experience in many of the world’s largest markets for Financial Services including North America, APAC, Europe, South Africa and UK&I. Having worked in both industry and professional services, Christian understands the unique challenges facing business and technology executives in today’s challenging market environment and supports them in shaping solutions to address their biggest problems.
Over the years, Christian has also worked extensively with alliance partners forming deep relationships with the likes of Salesforce, AWS, Guidewire, and Duck Creek to name a few. With these partnerships, Christian has managed to orchestrate numerous projects to address clients’ needs.
On a personal note, Christian is happily married and resides in Sydney with his wife and two daughters who attend university. He is a keen cyclist and (former) triathlete and devotes some of his time to Tour De Cure raising much-needed funds to support cancer research.
