Biography
Charles leads the digital strategy conversation at Suncorp, with particular focus in defining the digital transformation journey across Bank and Insurance. He has over 10 years experience in strategy development, business innovation and digital customer experience design, and has worked across a range of industries in both Australia and South Africa. In his spare time he loves going on outdoor adventures with his wife and kids, leads an Adventure Travel start-up business and is completing his Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA).
