Blair has been with Tower since 2020. He has 20 plus years’ experience in the financial services industry, largely focused on insurance in New Zealand, Asia Pacific and the United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Tower, Blair was Managing Director, UK Digital, UK & International with Aviva Group, and prior to that, was Executive General Manager, Wealth and Insurance at ASB Bank.
Blair has brought extensive international experience to Tower’s business, with a proven global track record in large-scale digital and data innovation, and delivering disruptive, customer-focused models.
Under Blair’s leadership Tower has ushered in a new era, combining the best of Tower’s talented people with digital and data innovation, to better support and protect customers in New Zealand and the Pacific.
