Aviram Vijh

Avi Vijh is currently the Chief Design Officer at Macquarie Bank, where is looks after a broad range of design and CX related capabilities, including Service Design, UX Design, UI Design, Accessibility, User Research and the bank’s NPS/VoC program. Trained in consumer behaviour as well as innovation management, he has led research and design functions across five countries helping bridge the gap between human behaviour and system complexity. His areas of interest include building design and innovation capabilities in organisations, balancing the need to optimise vs. innovate, and off late, representing design in as a function in the C-suite of a company.
