Alex Gatiragas is the Product and Technology Director for G+D Mobile Security Australia. In this role, Alex partners with mobile network operators and financial institutions on their transition to digital services.
With over 20 years in technology leadership roles, Alex has worked with multinational organisations including Ericsson and NEC and his expertise spans multiple disciplines such Enterprise and Mobile Networks, Data Centres, Cybersecurity, Digital payments, IoT and Blockchain.
He currently leads major technology development projects, including developing an eKYC strategy and delivering digital wallets and tokenisation services to Australian banks.
Alex holds qualifications in Electronic Engineering and is certified in Agile Scrum practices. He is also a member of the Australian Payment Network’s Emerging Technologies Experts group.
