Craig Dunn is bringing his experience to Telstra in the position of non-executive director.
The Australian Government Fintech Advisory Group (AGFAG) chairman Craig Dunn will take over two decades of experience across a range of sectors with him to a new role at Telstra.
This follows after Telstra entered into a memorandum of understanding with NBN five months ago and has picked up design, engineering, procuring and construction within its HFC framework.
Chairman Catherine Livingston said that Dunn’s appointment signalled the company’s recognition his expertise in the financial technology field.
“Craig brings significant business expertise to the Telstra board and a great passion for technology as a positive disruptive force,” she said.
“These are major considerations for Telstra’s strategic directions and his contributions will be welcomed.”
Dunn is currently the chairman of fintech hub Stone & Chalk, an external advisory panel member for AGFAG, director with Westpac, board member with the New South Wales government and chairman of the Australian ballet.
